Card View Report with Embed Code

Need some help.

I created a report and, used the Publish function to get the Embed Code for "Available to anyone with the link" to load it on the Dashbaord. The Cardview is being displayed for me with no issue but, other people do not see the content of the Cardview on the dashboard. Anyone knows why?

hi @jincarney When you use the publish, there is a setting at the bottom of the pop-up window where you can set the default view of the published sheet. Choose the default view need (in this case card view) and then copy the embed code again and update your dashboard. This should fix the issue.

Thanks, Sarah. The default view is set as Card view. I called the support desk and they confirmed this is a known bug where only owner can see the card view and, their engineering team is working on the resolution.
