How can I build the following relationship

I am a new ser to Smartsheet and want to figure out how to do the following:

I have built an inventory (very simple) to keep track of what we have in stock. However, I am not sure how to keep track of what is being sold. I want to create a sheet where I can input what is being sold, and have this number updated automatically in my inventory.

I am not sure how to create this, or the best way to go about this.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

You would set up your second sheet that has the list of everything sold and then subtract a SUMIFS on your master sheet from the starting inventory.

=[Starting Inventory]@row - SUMIFS({Units Sold}, {Item ID}, @cell = [Item ID]@row)
