Editable Range on my Dashboard to pull and filter data

Hello, I'm interested in creating an editable range on my dashboard between weeks and months of the year. The dates are from the submission date on an intake form.

I would like to stay only on the Dashboard and not have to jump to a report sheet every time I want to switch between weeks and months.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to accomplish this and the steps to do it? Thanks
