When a new line is added to a smartsheet, set a default value for a column

Once a record/line item is added to a smartsheet, I want to set the status column to Pipeline. How that work?

You can do this by adding a Workflow to change the value when a row is added.

I was able to get this completed. One the form, I added the status column and marked it hidden with default value
