Adding a general comments as part of a form input

So I have a data input form that I give to uses to add records to a smart sheet. Is there a way as part of the form submission that they can also add a comment that would show up as a comment on the submitted record?

Unfortunately, it's not possible now, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit this as a Product Feedback or Idea (If it hasn't been added already) when you have a moment.

Here's a possible workaround or workarounds

• Add a specific field for comments coming from forms.
