Perform SOX Documentation Requests

Hello,

Is it possible to use the form tool to send requests for documentation? For example, I want to request documentation for a control, I want every field in the form already pre-filled out by the row of information, and I want the recipient to attach documentation based on the request description?

It seems like forms currently only add new information instead of using existing information. Has anyone done this before/is it possible?

Have you explored using Update Requests instead? That is perfect for this use case.

The update request is tied to a specific row, and you can send multiple so they go through multiple rows, and in that way, they can attach to each.
