How do I get information from a smartsheet to update the dropdown items in several smartforms

We have an active parts list that is being used in several different smartforms within our business, how do I get the changes in the active parts list smartsheet to update the part numbers in all the smartforms?

Is this possible how do I do it, if not do you have any suggestions on how we can achieve this in a different way, we will potentially have 100+ smartforms.

I recently developed a solution for a client where the Dropdown lists are kept updated using the premium app Data Shuttle.
