Automating Word Document Distribution: Triggered Workflow in Smartsheet

Hello,

I'm looking to automate a process in Smartsheet and would appreciate some guidance. Here's what I need to achieve:

When a new row is added to my Smartsheet, I would like to trigger a workflow that automatically sends out a Word document to certain individuals. Is this functionality possible within Smartsheet? If so, could someone please provide me with some pointers on how to set this up or direct me to any relevant resources? I could only see this option for PDF but I need Word doc.

That answered my question 😊 as I was hoping to use just Smartsheet.

Could you please let me know what software I would need to do that? This could be something we could look into in the future.
