Rows duplicated after using Copy row action
Hello,
I am using the copy row action in a workflow, unfortunately the result includes raw duplicated in the target table.
Has anyone experienced this issue? any tips to solve it?
I already deactivated the workflow, deleted and created as a brand new and the issue persist.

Have you checked the Activity Log for clues?
Can you share some screenshots of the workflow? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help.

Thank you for your reply.
I checked the activity log, and it is showing a copy of 1 row only, but the destination table has two rows with the same information.
Here you will see the workflow:
And below you will find the destination table.
I have other workflows with the same structure for other stages in our process, but none of them is behaving like this one.
I already tried deleting the workflow and re-create it from scratch and still have the same result.
