Allow an option for some filters to be Live

Currently, there are sheets where filters are used to eliminate certain cards. However, as filters are not applied Live, disabling then re-enabling the filter is the only way for it to apply to the sheet.

I would suggest having an option in the custom Named filters to enable that filter to be Live. From a product and resource standpoint, the implementation can also be 'when the sheet is saved'. This way the Live filter is not expensive to implement from a resource standpoint, and only applies when the sheet is being saved.
