It would be very useful to see who the sheet has been shared to and when. Also it would be good to see when the sheet has been emailed to a Smartsheet user and when.

You can currently use the Activity Log to see Sharing history! 🙂
You can filter by the action, then click the arrows to expand and see who was shared. The column to the right shows the person that did the sharing.
I've updated the title of this idea to reflect just the one request for the emailed version of the sheet to be recorded.
