Why does a smartform keep sorting parts into alpha order?

I have changed the sort to "none", when the admin team select parts to order they do not add them in any order, Smartsheet re-sorts them which then causes a problem when the admin team add the qty's in the next field, see below these were input the other way around, this is caused a problem when there are several lines. Please advise

I believe the order they will appear in the form (and the order they will end up in on the sheet) is the order they appear within the dropdown list, not the order in which they are selected.
