How to create reminder workflow for activities in specific row?

Hi All,

Would like to know if possible to create reminder workflow for activities in one specific row (in header).

I want to set up an automated reminder for each activity to trigger when the Due Date is reached. Both activities and due dates are in row instead of column. And all dates are in text/number format.

Would it be possible to change the dates to dates format?

In that case you can set up a workflow running for each column, using When date is reached workflow.

It's not possible to change the dates to date format because I have other rows with sub-activities, responsible person and timestamp.

Is there any other way to create the workflow?

Hi,

Will be the position of of the dates in each column in the same place (row/ column)? If yes, you can use DATEVALUE function. You will create helper column to transform the date in text format to date format. This than you can compare to the today date (TODAY() function). This could be used as a trigger for your notification. Will this work? If you have questions let me know.
