Dashboard Creation error

I'm unable to create a dashboard. When I try to create a new one from my home landing page it opens a new tab with no content. When I try from the sidebar "create" icon it gives me the error "Something wen't wrong. Sorry, we weren't able to create your dashboard. Please refresh your browser and try again." I've tried refreshing my browser, restarting my browser, and switching to a different browser that has never accessed my Smartsheet account (so I know there's no cache or cookies interfering). Is this a known issue?

I am getting the same error message when trying to create a new dashboard.

This post is from almost a year ago and the incident linked was resolved the same day.

I've just tested creating a Dashboard and it worked without an error. If you're having trouble, please check your internet connection and try from a different browser, see: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/2482310-issues-loading-saving-downloading

If that hasn't worked, please contact Smartsheet Support with a screen recording, showing the error message.

I am getting this error today and am unable to create a new sheet. I have refreshed, tried alternative browsers. Any suggestions?

Please contact Smartsheet Support with a screen recording, noting the steps leading up to seeing the error. It will be helpful for them to know exactly how you're trying to create the sheet (e.g. from what button) and if you can replicate this in different workspaces and different ways of creating sheets.
