Lost access to all of my sheets after my company cancelled and then renewed my license.

My company cancelled my license earlier this year without my knowledge. I had them renew the license but now I don't have any of my old workspaces or sheets available to me. Any reason why this is the case? I have the same email and everything...

Sounds like you will have to get in touch with your rep. They can provide you a form to recover your old work assuming its not been a really long time. This happened to me as well and I was able to get my work back.
