Not all email addresses can access my form via link
I have a form, where I require Smartsheet login to access this form. It is to get an email address to which I need to send notifications related to the claim reported via form. Our company accounts/gmail accounts and 2 other domains were able to access the form and submit it. Some other accounts create free Smartsheet account and are able to log in on smartsheet site, but when they want to access the form via link they get error like on screenshot. Why is this happening? How can we solve this? I am 100% sure that login and password are entered correctly. This was checked on three different accounts and computers.

Your situation seems you are in an Enterprise plan with Form permission setting is set with the last option in the screenshot below. You may want to have your System Admin to check this for you.
