When a co-worker tried to upload a file, it uploaded to @90% but then froze and wouldn't upload any more. Any comments suggestions?

I dont think this is likely to be a Smartsheet issue, rather than a Browser or Connectivity issue, however that depends on the sheer size of the file?
If it is massive, you could have hit a limit, but better to store the link in Smartsheet and the file in One Drive or Google.
