Display Chart for Multiple Groups in Report

I am hoping for some help. I currently have a report created that is grouped and counting what I need. The goal is to count how many bugs and enhancements there are per category. I want to be able to create a double bar graph off these counts but not able to get the chart to display how I want.

My report looks like the following with the product area, then organized by bugs and enhancements and then the count associated with each:

I am hoping the graph would have the following:

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get a graph to display all these items above?

You would need to create a separate sheet and use formulas with cross sheet references to generate your counts.
