Forms without programmed text

Hello everyone. I created a automation that sends us a form to do a readjustment calculus. Everything was going ok, but this month we received only one email consolidating all forms, it was about 13 differents forms in one email.

The problem is that all forms went without the text that I programmed to be together with the form. Without the text, we cannot do the calculation because we don't have the basic information about it, and so the form became useles.

Do you guys know why this happen? This is a bug?

This is probably the reason.

Placeholders will generate separate notifications when using placeholders with Alert or Update Request actions in change-based workflows if six or fewer rows are triggered simultaneously. If seven or more rows are triggered at once, the custom subject and body will be removed.
