Can you create an automation to automatically enter links in one sheet to a template?

Currently, we have a sheet created from a form that we add hyperlinks to from a template we create to reflect the project health, status, and then manually hyperlink the template to this sheet.

We would love to run an automation that will automatically create a template and automatically enter these hyperlinks to the sheet (that comes in from the form).

Is this possible?

Not sure I follow. Do you have access to the premium app, Control Center?

Can you elaborate and share some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help.

Depending on the specifics, you can have a template structure that maintains the formulas and connects back to the main sheet.

To have it automatically created, you need Control Center, a third-party solution, Smartsheet Bridge, or the Smartsheet API.

Are any of those an option?

Unfortunately, I do not have access to the control center, not can I add screenshots.

I am looking to see if it is possible to not manually enter cross-links (that come from templates). Do you know if that is that possible?
