Organization name as sender of workflow alerts is not updating

Hi All
I built out a set of workflows on my reseller account and then moved the solution to the End user's Enterprise account. However the workflows that are to be sent from "my organization" are still being sent with my account name, not the end user's account name. I am an admin on the workspace in the end user's account- ie the workspace is owned by the end user.
Guessing I am missing something obvious. Can anyone advise how to resolve this?

Try creating a clone of your workflows from the account that you want to be the "owner", and ensuring that account is the owner of the sheet/item as well. This should ensure the correct name is associated with the alert. π
