How to give access to people on my team with no license

I have a license for smartsheets and want my team to be able to edit information. How do they get access without a license?

if they are a part of your team, just share the sheet/workspace with them as editor (can/cannot share) and they will be able to edit cells.
if they need to create formulas, columns, etc they will need a license
