Update Request History Data Consolidation

Currently when moving rows between sheets, the update request information does not consistently preserve itself.

We've come across looking for history of emails sent via Update Request that are no longer there.

My wish list suggestion would be to have one central area for Update Request that consistently carries over all Update Requests (manual or automated) and be easily reviewable by Row similar to comments /attachments.


Some items get stored in comments but it doesn't appear to be everything.
