Enable Single Line Breaks in Dashboard's Rich Text Widget

Unless I'm mistaken, I am only able to make full paragraph line breaks in the Rich Text Widget. I've tried Shift, Ctrl and Alt along with Enter (Ctrl and Alt don't create any line breaks). It would be super helpful to have the flexibility to include a <br> style line break in addition to a <p> style line break.

On a kind-of-funny note, I'm also unable to create single line breaks within the text field of this Enhancement Request. Tried the same combinations of key strokes, listed above.

    There is a very **un-elegant** work around. I add a bunch of tabs (at least enough to go off the edge of the right margin), then add a non-breaking space by holding Alt and typing 0160 in the number pad (ASCII character 160).

    Otherwise all the paragraphs run together and it looks ugly and hard to follow.

    Nonetheless, I agree. If you say "rich text" then please let up have rich text.
