Outlook Add-In Location not available

Hi, I am in the UK and trying to add the outlook add-in but it's not allowing me to log in because of my location. But I cannot change the region?

    Hi @jswart93,

    We had the same issue when we created our account as the account was located in the EU region. To get around this we had to have our account changed to use the default region (US).

    I tried to connect to add on for Microsoft and got the old 403 graphics with "sorry you are not authorized to view this page" and contact Smartsheet. Has anyone used this? We have a business plan.

    Honestly I find this frustrating. At every turn trying to use the functionality of SS is difficult and costly. It's up sell all the time. And little support.

    Anyone find similar?
