Edit list of potential recipients in workflow automation approval dialogue
I would like to edit the list of potential recipients in the workflow automation approval dialogue. Initially I entered in a couple of test email address recipients but once I tested the automation and verified that it was working, I went to specify the desired approval recipient but noticed that the previous test email addresses/recipents remain in the list...and I would like to delete those, if possible. Thank you!

Can you please share a screenshot of the automation? are you sending it to a contact in a cell or just chosen email addresses?

So, as it turned out, after I changed the recipient identity, and saved and refreshed, it appears to have cleared out the old (unwanted) recipient option. Sorry for taking so long to reply to this. But thanks for your offer to help. Glad it was so easy to remedy after all!
