Reporting on Multi-Select Dropdown Columns

It would be amazing if you could pull reports based on multi-select dropdown columns. Currently, if you have multiple staff assigned to a row, you cannot pull a report looking at tasks assign to a staff member as it will recognize each combination of multi-select dropdown options as a unique value, which is not a desirable approach to view that data.
