Uploading data into form templates



I use Smartsheet for tracking sales quotes through to engineering jobs. We've had success with using multiple sheets from initial enquiry, through to job set up. But there is more that we would like to do.

Is it possible to create a form with pre-determined information? E.g. could I create a form that is populated with a Job number from a Smartsheet, then use that form as a report template for a field engineer to write a report against (which could be submitted back to a Smartsheet).

A bit tricky to explain but essentially I need to send information out to engineers, have them undertake and report on those jobs and have all that information come back centrally. If I can't do this with Smartsheet I may have to use Powerapps and Sharepoint or similar. Perhaps I can port information between the two?

Any advice is gratefully received.
