Using duration column for automation workflows

Hope you are well!

I'm using this function: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/2479251-condition-blocks-filter-what-your-automated-workflows-send

However, instead of generic numbers, I want to use the duration column for the condition like below:

I tested it and it's not working.

Is there another syntax I need to use to compare 1d, 1h, 1m etc?

Thank you so much!

    Hi @Harry Luk

What is your workflow's trigger and do you have any rows with duration of less than 1d? The workflow will not send emails when duration is blank in this condition.

    Thanks,

    thanks for the reply!

    my full workflow:

i made sure effort is blank before i tested...

i have many rows with duration of less than 1d

i also have many rows with duration of greater than 1d

but none of them changed the effort cell value

the syntax 1d works inside of automation?

    thanks
