Data shuttle for Dropdown Update

Hi all,

Could someone please help me, why I am not able to run upload workflow, even after mapping the right column and reverifying the source and destination files. I am attaching the screenshots of the errors. I really appreciate if someone could help with this. Thank you in advance!

Thank you so much for responding. I've raised a ticket and got the information as attached below. The source file is the one that I've created within the Smartsheet, does smartsheet store the file as CSV? It is very confusing, could you please help me understand this?.
