Has anyone had issues with copying rows to other sheets?

I've tried manually copying rows through the row menu from different sheets this morning and they're not appearing on the destination sheets. I also have sheets with an automation rule to copy rows and that is not working either. The automation rule says that it ran but rows are not copied to the destination sheet. I haven't had any problems with this until today.

Have you checked the Activity log for clues?

Try these troubleshooting steps first.

• Check the Smartsheet Status page if there are any reported issues: https://status.smartsheet.com/
• Log out / in again
• Try a different browser
• Try the browsers in Private/Incognito mode
• If possible, check if other users have the same issue

If the steps above don't solve it, and If you haven't already, I recommend submitting a support ticket through the new Smartsheet Support Portal and providing the results of the troubleshooting steps above.
