The Health symbols should be based on the % Column and the Leadership Assessment( pain level symbols).

Hi @SLloyd,
It's absolutely possible to do something for this, but what criteria do you want to use?
E.g. if % Complete is greater than X% and Leadership Assessement is above a certain level = green
