Contact Name

I am baffled why one of my contacts has a number next to their name.

And it displays weird in the column. What causes this and can I fix it? I've added her name but it reverts back to the number.

Hi @AliT , it may have something to do with how this person set up their profile—maybe ask them to update the profile. I’ve run into similar issues and no you won’t be able to change it yourself permanently.
