Contact names on my sheet display differently

I've assigned several people on my sheet, and they're all added to my contacts. However, there's an issue where only one specific person's email address is displayed, even though their name is saved on my contact list. I've attempted to erase and re-save it, but the person's name still doesn't appear, only the address.

Additionally, I'm experiencing difficulties changing names. I'm unsure if this is a problem with Smartsheet or just my account. I've discussed this with a colleague who's facing similar challenges with changing contact names on their account.
