Hi, I'm Amanda and work for a large hospital trust (NHS) in the UK and would love to connect with any other fellow people in this industry. I've been an avid user of Smartsheet for almost 5 years and love its capabilities but still have so much to learn. I work withing a project management team for Improvement and Change Management, with Smartsheet being by far the best platform we have used.

nice to meet you.

I am working the past 4 years with Smartsheet but not in project management... we use smartsheet as scheduling system for training sessions, installation and as approval platform for several procedures.

@Amanda W _ MSE Interestingly we are using Smartsheet from a Learning Center Hub, Training Roadmap, Project Management and just now designing the framework from a Revenue Generating Activity Review.

We are preparing a Beta Test for a small population to identify scope creep and overproduction delaying Revenue. All this is after streamlining systems and processes.

Hi @Amanda W _ MSE I also work in healthcare (IT) in Canada and have introduced Smartsheet to my organization as a project management and collaboration tool. We are only using a small portion of the features right now, as we don't yet have an Enterprise license. I love how flexible it is, especially the automations you can create.

I directed an outpatient clinic (using excel :/) before stepping out of clinical work into Smartsheet. I have experiexperienc in outpatient rehab, Skilled Nursing, Acute Care, neuro and spinal cord injury rehab, and dabbled in some research.
