We use dynamic forms to create customer facing status reports. Once the form/report is complete the trainer has to email to themself and then email to the customer.
If the customer requests another copy of the form (which happens often with staff turnover months later) we cannot reproduce the original as the print option prints ALL fields (even those that were not applicable) and the report makes no sense.
The ability to retain the original form would be a huge help with this.
