Blueprint Summary combine with Intake

Can I make the Blueprint Summary sheet be my Intake sheet in order to combine in 1 document? Or does it have to be a separate document all together Intake & Summary? This would be instead of selecting summary fields to be linked back into the intake sheet.

I haven't tested it, but I assume it won't work and that it would create a loop if it's even possible to select the sheet.
