Dashboard widgets not updating

I am having the same issue across multiple workspaces that just started recently. I have dashboards that are displaying metrics from the summary of the source sheet. The data to the source sheet is input via form so no one goes into the source sheet regularly. Recently the widgets on the dashboard are not updating unless you go into the source sheet and save it. Once you do this the dashboard updates.

I have read similar problems and adding helper date columns but this is not something I would prefer to do. I have also been running these dashboards for 2 years without this issue.

I'm having a similar issue. The metric widgets on the dashboard reflect #incorrect argument set and the chart widgets fail to load. Once I go into the underlying metric sheet the values update and everything is fixed. But it's requiring that step of going in and "waking up" the metric sheet. It's very frustrating for the people trying to rely on these dashboards.
