Web Content Widget not automatically showing filter in published sheet
I've set a filter in a sheet, published it and added it to a dashboard as a Web Content Widget.
However, the filter I've set is not automatically showing in the dashboard.
I don't want users to have to choose the filter.
A report won't work for this because I want the dashboard user to be able to do live updates in the sheet from the dashboard, and that doesn't work with a report web content widget.
I can see posts in the Community from 2018 onwards about this, and am hoping newer updates will have resolved it 🤞

Hi @Jenni
You're correct - you can show possible filter options on published sheets by sharing the filters, but there isn't a way to set a default filter view as the initial view to open up to in a published sheet link. Please add your vote and voice to this thread: Publishing Sheets with set Filter

Have you checked the "Share Filter" box on your sheet?
