Automation Workflow Question- Not all of them are getting the request
I started a project management sheet from scratch. I have a drop down column with progress as Hasn't started, In progress and Complete. Automated workflow is set to send out update request to rows where the status is not equal to Complete. All projects are at the Hasn't started selection. I have 18 projects listed and there were 16 requests sent out. The two that did not receive the update requests were in the middle of the sheet and projects before and after them recieved the update request. I have used the Smartsheet template for project management before and experienced a similar situation which is why I started from scratch.

Try changing the people it's sent to, to ensure that it's not a specific issue with the assigned people.

I will try that but all of the projects have me as the manager so I receive all of the notices. I intentionally did because I noticed the same issue with one of the templates and I was not sure if it was a conditional formatting issue which is why I tried it from scratch. I did realign some rows to put the projects in order so I will look at that aspect as well. I can share the sheet with you if that helps?
