Best way to link form responses to option selected from Contact List?

I am setting up a sign-in form. In one question, we ask the submitter to choose their presenter. I have that question set up as a Contact List. I have a dashboard already set up that has links to various reports.

What would be the best way to share responses from the form with the person who was selected from the Contact List? Is there a way to set up a form response collection report that is filterable by presenter?

You could have an alert trigger from the form submission.
