What INDEX formula should I use?

I need an INDEX formula that will pull information from one sheet into a secondary sheet. I will need [Contact] pulled from sheet one into sheet two, matched to the correct row based on [BCN] matching in both sheets.
How can I get it to pull info into the correct row based on that one column value matching?

You could use cross-sheet formulas combined with either a VLOOKUP or INDEX/MATCH structure to connect the sheets, and when you update the source sheet, it will reflect on the destination sheet.
