Automation sending emails without conditions being met


Starting a few days ago, I am receiving automation emails from Smartsheet for conditions that have not been met. These workflows were implemented several years ago, and have never had a problem like this. I went and triple checked to confirm the conditions are not met. I deactivated the automation and reactivated thinking maybe there was a bug. Anybody else seeing this happen? Any suggestions on how to address? Thank you in advance.

    Are you still seeing this? Is it possible that the Condition in your sheet has changed? For example, if your Condition block is looking to exclude a specific number, but the number is now being seen as text in the sheet?

    It would be useful to see a screen capture of the workflow set-up and an image of the underlying sheet, but please block out sensitive data.
