Access to a deleted sheet under a different user login

I need access to a deleted sheet that is under a different user's login https://app.smartsheet.com/sheets/c4r6JWCph45cR29q5Q9GqXCxFHXX6RhMxW6p9xf1?view=grid&filterId=6365940585287556   it says I need permissions and that it might be marked as deleted.

But I do not know which user owns it.

I just bought upgraded licenses and cannot see what or where the sheet is

I don't have to deal with this issue too often, but if I remember correctly:

1. If you deleted an item, or are the owner of a deleted item, it will show up in your "Deleted Items" folder
2. From there, right-click on the item and choose properties. This will tell you who owns the item.
3. Since only the Owner of an item can undelete, you must login to the owner's account to undelete the item

You have 30 days to recover deleted items before they are gone forever. If the different user is no longer with your company, you will need to get your tech department to get the login info so that you can recover the item in time.
