Is there anyway to speed up automations?
For example, in our design list sheet we have an automation set up to default the lighting designer column to N/A if you chose a drop down that states lighting is not needed. From the time you chose lighting is not needed, to the time that the designer column auto populates to N/A, is about 2-5 min. My team was hoping there was a way to get this to populate instantly. Also, once a job is marked complete, there's an automation to move that row to a "completed sheet", but that is also taking between 5-10 min or you need to exit out of the sheet and get back in. Any suggestions on how to speed that up?

I hope you're well and safe!
It should usually be quicker, but it might be that it's happening in the background so you would have to refresh to see it earlier.
I hope that helps!
Be safe, and have a fantastic week!

Two quick thoughts -
1 does the lighting to n/a need to be an automation of could you use an IF formula in the cell - that would be instant.
2 do you save the sheet after marking a row as complete?
