Reference Sheet Summary Field or specific Cell


Is it possible to reference either a Specific Cell in the body of an email notification/automation or to reference a sheet summary field? In my "Alert Someone" notification, I am wanting to reference either the sheet summary fields or a specific cell in my sheet.

    I hope you're well and safe!

    What I usually do in my client solutions is that I either reference or add a cell in the Sheet Summary and then add a so-called helper column that references the field in the Sheet Summary and then make it a column formula so it's the same on each row and in each alert.
