Print to PDF, not all pages of the report are visible???

Printing a PDF file from my dashboard. The PDF only shows the first 1 1/2 pages. The report is a total of 4 pages, but the other 2 1/2 pages are not visible. I've attempted to "refresh" change print settings, etc., and still not printing as desired. Please help.

The Dashboard PDF will only show the amount of the Report that's visible when you look at it on the web; if you have to scroll down in the widget online to see more information, that data will not appear in the PDF.

Can you clarify if you mean that all 4 of the Report "pages" are visible on the web (so if you took a screen capture it would all show up in one image), or if you're scrolling within the Dashboard to see the total contents?

I need all the data to appear in the PDF. How can you resolve this issue?

Hi @christopher.schley

To show all of the rows in the Report, you would need to increase the size/length of the Report Widget so that those rows are visible on the Dashboard.

So from this:

Drag the corner down until your last row:
