Hey!!!

I am needing to add more then 9 fields to a card in order to tracker our projects thoroughly to report to our customer. Is this something smartsheets can help with? I ahve a meeting with them next week, but thought if I could figure something out in the meantime, I could go ahead introduce this to my production teams.

I have tried to look through the discusison boards, but haven't really found a suitable work around, or a solution to adding more then 9 fields per card.

Any ideas?

The fields on a card are columns. If you switch to the regular Grid View, you can add those columns to the sheet which in turn should be added to the cards.

Is there a way to collapse a card back into the parent cars?

Let's say I have created a job card, and this job is going to consist or going buried and pole engineering work. Two different types of engineering. So, I created the subtask under the job card. Once the buried portion of the subtask under the job card is completed, is there a way to merge the subtask card back into the parent card without deleting it? That way we can keep the card view clean and organized with minimal cards.
