Hi everybody,
I have one Business Plan Licensed User, I shared a worksheet with a contact from my contact list, and when I was approving his user appears a message telling me, like I need to add another user licensed to my Licensed User, so I stopped the process. My Business Plan allows to have unlimited editors, so I don't know the reason. Somebody has any idea if I made a mistake or if there is another procedure or specific instructions to share the worksheets. Thanks for your help

That notification lets you know that Vanessa has requested to be licensed. You can reject the request if you do not want to give the license!
It was a request from Vanessa, not a message from Smartsheet that she has to has one - does that make sense? Here's more information: Requesting and Accepting a License
