Why can't Editors make changes to Smartseehts?
Hello,
I have a business license and gave colleagues access to sheets for them to adjust as they need it. However, my colleagues tell me, that they cannot make changes (e.g., re-name columns, import data from an excel-sheet, etc.) as it requires a license. However, the plan clearly states, that with a business license, we have an unlimited number of editors available. This is a major point in favor of Smartsheet, that you don't have to buy an number of licenses when people are using the tool only intermittently.
I tried to contact the sales person who was in touch with me until I purchased the license, but am not getting any feedback anymore.
Thank you for your response and kind regards
Rita

Hi @RitaMichel
I hope you're well and safe!
Yes, they can edit, but generally, they can't create or drive a process.
Please have a look at this table to see what they can do.
I hope that helps!
Be safe, and have a fantastic week!
Best,
